Amy Vail has been designing environments for more than two decades. Her experience includes interior and architectural design, live events, film, branded environments and landscapes.
Her approach to design is based on listening to clients to discover the unique story that roots every brand, business and individual. She is inspired by spaces that juxtapose rawness with elegance and where historic architecture is elevated by modern details.
Amy earned her B.A. from Marquette University and her M.A. with highest honors from the prestigious Harrington College of Design in Chicago, where she was privileged to study under architect Constantine Vasilios, a protege of renowned post-modernist Charles Moore. She is a LEED Accredited Green Associate and currently lives and works on the Big Island of Hawaii.
